Same Day Access

HOW IT WORKS

New clients can check in at the front desk at any location Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Walk-ins at our Brownsville location are on Mondays only.

Clients not seen in the last six (6) months are also eligible to be seen in our Same Day Access Program.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During Same Day Access, clients are seen by a therapist and a care coordinator, who complete behavioral health assessments and a treatment plan. At the conclusion of these visits, follow-up appointments are scheduled.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a photo ID, Birth Certificate (if you are under 18), Custody Papers, and Insurance Card (or proof of income and address if you don't have insurance).
